Some cardigans blend in. This one gets noticed. With its cropped silhouette, oversized texture, and voluminous sleeves, the Super Cropped Cardigan has become a favorite. It's playful, modern, and surprisingly versatile—throw it over a dress, pair it with high-waisted jeans, or layer it over just about anything that could use a little extra personality.
Despite its dramatic look, the construction is refreshingly straightforward. Knit in one piece with minimal finishing, you'll spend more time enjoying the satisfying rhythm of the moss stitch than worrying about complicated assembly. The cropped length also means less knitting and a faster finish, making this an especially rewarding project from cast-on to final stitch.
And don't be surprised if people ask where you got it. And then beg you to make one of them!
Knit in one piece, bottom-up from the back panel over the shoulders to the two front panels. The sleeves are knit in the round by picking up stitches around the armhole.
