You must reference your order number.
Ship the item back to us and put Return Authorization number on the box along with your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
Make sure to use tracking and insurance with your shipment.
Packages without Return Authorization number will be returned back to sender.
We are unable to refund any shipping charges.
