This sweater is worked in the round from the neck to the armholes, then stitches are placed on hold for the sleeves while the body is worked in the round to the bottom edge. When the body is complete, the sleeves are worked in the round to the cuff.

Sizes: S/M - 2X/3X
Materials:
- Loopy Mango Merino No. 5 Yarn 74 yds 68 m | 150 g 5.3 oz each, 100% merino wool
- Size US 17 (12 mm) circular needles 20'' (50 cm) in length
- Size US 19 (15 mm) circular needles 32'' (80 cm) in length
Note: For sleeves, you will need to use magic loop method when using size US 19 (15 mm) circular needles, 32’’ (80 cm). To avoid magic loop for sleeves, you can use an additional size US 19 (15 mm) circular 20’’ (50 cm) needles.
For the cuffs, you will need to use magic loop method when using size US 19 (15 mm) circular needles, 32’’ (80 cm). To avoid magic loop for cuffs, you will need to use an additional set of size US 19 (15 mm) double pointed needles (DPNs).
Gauge:
Garter stitch on size US 19 (15 mm) needles: 6.5 sts, 14.5 rounds/4" (10 cm)
1x1 Rib stitch on size US 17 (12 mm) needles: 8 sts, 12 rounds/4” (10 cm)
(Note: This sweater is knit in the round, so your gauge swatch should also be knit in the round. Usually, knitting garter stitch in the round results in looser tension since there are purl rows.)
