Fisherman Rib stitch meets our original chunky 100% cotton yarn- Big Cotton- to create a blanket that is timeless, plushy, and incredibly soft! To knit Fisherman Rib Stitch, all you need to know how to do is knit and purl - but to create the extra volume and dimension, you’ll simply knit into the stitch in the row below. We have a Fisherman Rib Stitch video tutorial to show you what we mean!
The blanket is designed to utilize 2, 3, or 4 cones of Big Cotton yarn. You can also use balls of Big Cotton, but the beauty of knitting blankets from the cones is that there are far less ends to worry about as you go!
