Vertical Stripe Pompom Hat- PATTERN - Dream
This listing is for the pattern only. After checkout, you will receive a digital copy of the pattern by email.
This hat is knit bottom-up and in the round. A 1x1 rib section is worked first, followed by a stockinette section. Both sections use stranded colorwork to create the vertical stripes: One stitch is worked in color 1, the next is worked in color 2, the next in color 1, and so on. The crown of the hat is formed by simple decreases worked in a single color, and then the top of the hat is cinched closed. A pompom can optionally be made from the leftover yarn from either or both colors and attached to the top of the hat.
