We will gladly exchange or offer store credit on any yarn, tools, DIY kits or supplies that are in original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt of your order. We are only able to accept yarn that comes from non-smoking household since yarn can absorb smells so easily. We are unable to offer refunds. We reserve the right to refuse a return request for unusually high number of returns from the same person.
Note: All knitwear is handmade to order and is a final sale. All sale items are final sale.
If you would like to cancel an online order that hasn't shipped out yet we will be able to refund the amount equal to what you paid minus any transaction fees. We are charged transaction fees on all transactions by our credit card processor and Paypal. These fees can vary from 3% to 4.7%. Since these fees are charged to us automatically when your order is placed they cannot be refunded.
If you would like to make an exchange or obtain store credit, please email email@example.com. You must include a photograph of your item, for condition verification, and your order number. If we are able to accept the return, we will send you a Return Authorization number and further instructions.
When you ship the item back to, please put the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. Please include your contact information inside the box (name, address, phone number, email). Make sure to use tracking and insurance with your shipment.
Packages without Return Authorization number will be returned back to sender unopened. We are unable to refund any shipping charges – store credit will be offered on price paid for merchandise only.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
